All items are shipped from the USA.
*Due to COVID-19, shipping times have been impacted for some cases - especially for deliveries outside of the USA.
For example, deliveries to Canada and Mexico may be held up at shipping company facilities in Los Angeles and Chicago as these shipping hubs have massive backlog.
Another example is Australia, where shipment may be held up at Australia customs as local authorities are also facing massive backlog.
We ask for customers' patience, and feel free to contact us if you have queries for your delivery.*
All customers will receive shipment tracking numbers by email when items are shipped. We work with multiple production partners, so items may be shipped from different locations (eg. Jewelry from one location, Mugs from another).
Customers may receive more than 1 shipment tracking number for such cases.
